Subscription Box Company Offers Specialty Confections with a History
East Europe Delights offers a unique subscription box service that sends its customers timeless, sweet confections from Russia, Belarus, and Moldova.
As Sofiya, their Director of Member Support States, “Many of our chocolates are the exact same ones that our customers’ grandmothers were enjoying and sharing two generations ago.”
Sofiya says the box was key to developing the customer experience.
“We knew as a subscription box company, that presentation was key. When one comes home to open a mailbox, or see a package on their doorstep, we wanted to create a WOW factor.”
She was able to create custom boxes from BoxUp which looked fantastic even after long shipments from their headquarters in New York City.
